Basketball Opportunities at Cornerstone

Cornerstone offers a recreational basketball program through the Birmingham Regional Independent Athletic Association (BRIAA) for students who are enrolled in K4 through the 6th grade.

The BRIAA basketball program is focused on improving basketball skills and to learn the value of good sportsmanship while under the leadership of parent coaches.

There are no try-outs and the BRIAA basketball program is open to all Cornerstone students who would like to participate.

Cornerstone offers middle school, junior varsity, and varsity boys basketball teams. Joining a Cornerstone basketball team opens the door of opportunities, both on and off the court. Beyond the thrill of competition, it offers a platform for character development, camaraderie, and leadership. As a member of the team, players can expect to cultivate qualities like sportsmanship, perseverance, and humility, guided by principles of faith and integrity.
