Cornerstone School to Celebrate Success at Annual Fundraiser

Birmingham, Ala. – Cornerstone Schools of Alabama is pleased to present the 16th Annual Harvest of Hope Gala, hosted by the Cornerstone Women’s Service Board. This year’s event will be held on Friday, October 18th at Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum and will honor long-time board member and Cornerstone supporter, James M. Proctor II.
Cornerstone’s Harvest of Hope is an annual fundraiser attended by Birmingham’s business and community leaders. Beginning at 6:00 p.m., guests will enjoy a social hour featuring live music along with a silent and live auction, cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, wine tasting, and a brief program highlighting the many success stories of the school and its honoree.
“Our mission is to provide as much support as possible for the children attending Cornerstone,” said Julie Blumenthal, president of Cornerstone’s Women’s Service Board. “These kids are our future leaders and we want to do everything in our power to equip them with everything they need to succeed.”
Guests may become an event sponsor or purchase their individual tickets online at EducateBirmigham.org. All proceeds will directly benefit more than 595 students at Cornerstone School.
