Birmingham, AL – The 16th Annual Schoolhouse Rock is expected to top the charts again benefiting the students of Cornerstone Schools of Alabama. This year, guests will pick up the party and bring it to their home!

Schoolhouse Rock is an annual fundraiser hosted by Cornerstone School’s Junior Board and has become one of the school’s most successful events. Over the past 16 years, the event has grown to more than 700 guests gathering together to support Cornerstone students.

“Although Schoolhouse Rock looks a little different this year, I am very excited to be united in spirit with the Cornerstone community for the same wonderful cause,” said Junior Board Vice  President Allie Elliot. “This event is always a highlight of my year, and this year will be no exception.”

Cornerstone Schools of Alabama is a non-profit Christian school dedicated to serving Birmingham’s inner-city children. The school’s enrollment has increased 98% over the past five years and now serves more than 675 students in grades K4 through 12.

“The same heart for the students is behind the planning of this event,” Elliot shared. “The support of our amazing community is what makes what we do possible. The Junior Board is extremely grateful to all who contribute. We are looking forward to a memorable night!”

On March 12, guests can look forward to enjoying party packages that include a meal for four catered by Moe’s Original BBQ and Cornerstone gifts.
