Birmingham, AL – Cornerstone Schools of Alabama is pleased to host the 17th Annual Harvest of Hope, presented by the Cornerstone Women’s Service Board, ARD Contracting, C.S. Beatty Construction, and Stonegate Wealth Management. This year, we’re putting a spin on this classic event and will be delivering gourmet meals to your door. Harvest of Hope at Home will be held on Thursday, October 22.

Cornerstone’s Harvest of Hope is an annual fundraiser attended by Birmingham’s business and community leaders. This year’s Harvest of Hope will be an “at-home” event that will continue to empower Cornerstone students. Guests enjoy a three-course meal for two catered by Black Sheep Kitchen and Cookie Fix, with wine pairing carefully curated by United Johnson Brothers.

“Harvest of Hope is an opportunity for us to raise awareness for Cornerstone Schools so they can continue to provide spiritual and academic support to their students,” said Buffie Hymer, President of Cornerstone’s Women’s Service Board. “I have seen firsthand the difference Cornerstone makes in the lives of students, and it’s our hope that this event helps to continue Cornerstone’s mission.”

Become an event sponsor or purchase their individual coolers online at csalabama.org/events/harvest. The deadline for orders will be Wednesday, October 7th. All proceeds will directly benefit the nearly 700 K4-12th grade students at Cornerstone Schools of Alabama.

“We are excited about this year’s Harvest at Home event and continue to be blessed by continuous support from the community,” said Cornerstone President Dr. Nita Carr.  “The mission and work of Cornerstone would not be possible without our generous community friends and partners.”
